Because most of our products are custom-branded, production and shipping timelines may vary depending on the product, quantity, and artwork approval. We’ll provide estimated timing when your order is placed and keep you updated along the way.
Rush options may be available on select products. Please contact us before placing your order if you need items by a specific date.
Artwork Approval
Before production begins, you will receive a virtual proof for artwork approval. Please review all details carefully, including logo placement, spelling, colors, sizes, quantities, and product style.
Once artwork is approved and production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, or returned unless there is a production error or product defect.
Returns on Custom-Branded Products
Because custom-branded products are made specifically for your dealership, all logoed, decorated, embroidered, printed, or personalized items are considered final sale.
However, we will always make it right if:
Your order arrives damaged
You received the wrong items
There is a manufacturing defect
The decoration does not match the approved proof
We made an error on your order
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery so we can review the issue and help with a replacement, reprint, credit, or refund when appropriate.

30-day sample RETURNS
Understanding the 30-Day Sample Return Policy:
Our 30-day sample return policy is straightforward and customer-friendly. It stipulates that all sample goods must be returned to SanMar within 30 days. This time frame allows you ample opportunity to evaluate your purchase and decide whether it meets your expectations.
At Creative Solutions, we believe in making sure you feel confident in your choices. That's why we send you sample garments to inspect, feel, and touch, helping you make an informed decision on the products and styles that best suit your needs.
Once you've narrowed down your selection and decided on specific garments for your corporate apparel, we'll send you a 'full-size' sample run ranging from XS to 3XL. This allows your team to try on the garments for sizing accuracy before placing your order.
You'll have a generous 30 days to return any sample garments to SanMar. You can initiate a return process within this 30-day window. However, it's important to note that if goods are not returned within this period, you will be charged in full for the products. Returns beyond this 30-day window will not be accepted.
The Return Process:
To facilitate a smooth return process,
Creative Solutions will provide you with an authorization number from SanMar approximately three days after your sample order is processed.
This authorization number is crucial for the return process as it helps SanMar track and process your return efficiently.
Customers must write this authorization number on the outside of the box containing the sample goods to be returned. This step is essential as it enables quick identification of your package when it arrives at SanMar’s facility and expedites your refund.
